A report: 'My life in a village'

24/July/2025 in Kraków

Today I’d like to share with you, lovely people
about my ongoing village life in Poland

Before we kick off, I need to clarify one thing;

"My hometown is some anonymous megalopolises in the Far East, called T"

I have to make this point crystal-clear

to avoid any offense to the local habitants here

to make sure why I use the term “village”

Now let's begin

2 days ago,
I was approached in a very romantic place in Krakow, and we ended up exchanging contacts

The opener was

“Excuse me……...”

Well, it was a bit weak, but okay. What’s next?

Continued;

"……I just wanted to ask you if it’s you"

And showed me HIS smartphone (repeat: HIS, not HER)

—-

At that moment,
I was doing the late-night shopping in Biedronka, a Polish discount supermarket

And a cute Polish boy came up to me in the messy, dirty corridor, showing my his smartphone

The screen displayed his Instagram post

And the person in the post was
me

Looked like
he had taken some random photos last winter & I was in one of them

He was polite enough,
and asked me if it’s okay to keep the post like this

"Of course, it’s a free world, you can do whatever you like, who cares?"

I said

And we had a quick chat and exchanged contacts for a coffee

Then, yesterday

I was in a cafe, writing my usual nonsense

After the cafe,
I was walking in the city centre

And I saw a woman

It was the woman who had been sitting next to me in the cafe

We both recognised each other

But, since we were both civilised adult citizens,
we passed in silence

After this incident,
I was in a shopping mall

I needed to make a quick response to my business partner in the metropolises in the Far East

I sat on a seat & was typing a text

Then, a woman stopped next to me

Standing

No intent to sit down

Looked like
she just needed to check something on her phone quickly

Stopped for 20 sec
Checked her phone
And gone

But this woman was the one I saw in the morning on the street

I could recognise her
because of her feminine brown skirt & a tattoo on her upper left arm

Similar things actually kept happening in 2023 & 2024 in Krakow

But with these 3 incidents in a row this time,
now I'm feeling more;

“Krakow is such a village”
“Everyone must know each other”

And for myself, who is from an anonymous megalopolis in the Far East, I do like it (for now)

...........It is 3pm on 24th July 2025 now

I just finished writing a report: "My life in a village"
in a cafe called "ONA coffee bar" in Krakow, Poland

I raised my head & noticed a girl who
was ordering her coffee at the counter

5 meters away from my seat

She is a Ukrainian singer, called Nekole

We knew each other

She waved her hand at me & came to my seat.........

.........I'm feeling even more so;

"Krakow is such a village"

And I do like it (.....for now)
