It said she received an award at the Cannes Film Festival as a leading actress

I’m not a fan or anything

But I remember her

Over a decade ago, before I moved to London to study English,
I stumbled upon her blog

She was an international model back then,
writing about her own time studying in London

One story stuck with me

She was struggling with the language until, one night, she had a dream where she spoke English fluently

After that, her skills drastically improved
Maybe it was a confidence thing unlocked by a dream

Back then, struggling with my own English,
I used to wish for a dream just like hers

Years later, I tried to find that post again

Her blog had been completely wiped

And more years passed

She became an actress

It's nice to hear someone who played a tiny tiny role in one's life is doing very good
