Kyoto: My emotional preparation

I’m planing to go & stay in Kyoto next month

I wrote "planning" because I’m still unsure

I have the resources (time & finance) to do so

But I’m unsure if I’ve done my "emotional preparation"

I went & stayed in Kyoto in January 2023 & 2024 

But in 2025, I didn’t

For me,
to go to Kyoto,
"internal preparation" is needed

For me,
Kyoto is a place where my romanticism, my nostalgia, my sentimentalism for my own culture & history develop & be fulfilled

For this,
I need space in my mind to
anticipate beforehand, and
indulge during, and
remember afterwards
